The Dreadlords once again were kind to Catherine and Manijuana... Not long after they entered the spawn of Dreadlords, one of them dropped a magical implement called a Sacred Staff. Manijuana had already purchased one of these wands from another hunter, so Catherine took the loot to keep it safe.


Catherine tried to fight some of the Dreadlords alone while she and Manijuana were down there. The fight lasted a long time but of course Catherine prevailed. She did not take any prizes away with her after her victory, though. The Dreadlord dropped nothing.


She took some time to work on her skills while she was not hunting and gaining experience. After she had worked many many hours on her skills and experience, a band of brigands came along and attacked her. She was not worried until the fourth mage arrived. She could not withstand so many attackers at once. They defeated her and she lost hours and hours of hard work. A couple of days later, after purchasing a new Necklace of Reversal, she gained her skills and experience back.




Shortly before the brigands attacked, Catherine and Manijuana were enjoying each other's company in Culthan.

Catherine took a long rest during the hottest part of the summer months. She did no hunting or training for a long time.

She spent a bit of time keeping in contact with her friends and Guildmates and she spent some time collecting money by selling cards. She made enough money to buy herself a pair of Rusty Vosuth Legs. Right after she bought herself the legs, Manijuana bought her a gift: Plate boots. Her next goal was to obtain a new armour.

As the summer started to come to a close, she began to train and hunt once again. She gained enough experience to reach another level - 55 and she was nearing her 43rd defense level. She was out hunting alone one night and decided to revisit some old places she hadn't been in a while. She wandered around south of Caerfa for quite a while before tiring.

She checked out the old tower where those who wished to become a Barbarian had to look for the fabled Orc Head.


She also went to the werebears on the hills since she preferred to hunt above ground instead of in tunnels.


And finally she went to kill some hebatogs and take the short-cut back to Caerfa.

Catherine had not visited the desert for a long time but again she was hunting alone and she decided to wander. She tried to hunt the Punishers and Raging Curses and the lone Dreadlord but she was using too many mana potions and barely getting anything from it. The monsters did not drop anything and it took a long time to kill them. She could barely even hit the Punisher at all, even with her Pirate Sword! She used her Sacred Staff and her Sweeping Swipe spell because he was much more susceptible to magical damage. She left qucikly, though, and honed her defense skills on the lion prides roaming the dessert lands south of Ben Qarassih.

Manijuana and Catherine were out hunting Mammoths and ran into a group of people hunting the mighty Jovsrettok. Hiden Swamp Hero was tanking the monster and his minions - four Elder Ents - while the others helped to kill it. Manijuana and Catherine were invited to join in their hunt.




The Jovsrettok dropped Brass Arm Guards one of the times the team killed him.


Manijuana and Catherine decided to hunt an easier beast one night so they would not over-exert themselves


Catherine hunted some easier monsters by herself as well.


And she advanced to the next level while hunting werebears with manijuana.


Catherine took some time to do some training...

...and moved up the ranks in melee.


When the two lovers returned to hunt, they took a armour from a Raging Curse.

Catherine and Manijuana decided to try something harder so they went to kill some dragons. They killed many of the great beasts but none of them dropped anything worthwhile.




Catherine went off hunting alone after Manijuana went to sleep and she advanced to the next level of experience. On her way out of the dwarf cave where she had been hunting, one of the Magicians dropped a Crystal Wand.



She brought the wand home to Manijuana for his collection.

Catherine and some of her closest friends in the Guild went exploring in the far South-East of Ben Qarassih. They met a couple wraiths that harried them until finally had to run away but the other monsters were no match for the group: Raging Curses, Punishers, Golems... They all fell to the mighty Cuteness members. Lord Nykon and Catherine took a Barbarian Axe off one of the monsters and Pig Spider traded his Imperial Axe for it.



The exploration ended as many explorations have before: in death. The lone survivor was Kings Guard, who was thankfully able to outrun the nest of Firebeings they stumbled upon. The three Firebeings defeated Catherine, Lord Nykon and Pig Spider, though. Much experience and skills were lost by all, but thankfully no important items were dropped.

Catherine's good friend Baron, who had quite a bit more experience and better skills that her, invited her and a few other good friends to hunt the Wojatupp, a mighty and frightening Orc Wizard. Baron, Catherine, Manijuana, Mantats and Shenlo defeated Wojatupp many times and killed all the other creatures that lived close to him: the Orc Wizards, the Hebatog Elite, and other, weaker creatures.


Catherine wasted a lot of mana during that trip and although Baron was generous with the loots as usual, she felt like she needed to hunt something that cost little and paid a lot. So the next day she went to hunt some dwarves and dwarf magicians. While she was there, her magical abilities advanced.

While Catherine was hunting Dwarf Magicians, she managed to pick up two Crystal Wands and a Bronze Armour, as well as much gold.


And when she went to hunt werebears, her luck continued...


She gained another level of experience while hunting these generous beasts.
