Catherine returned to the Horned Dragons in Humwich because she heard they sometimes possessed Bronze Bows in their hoards - and she had never held one before...

While searching for the bow, she gained much experience.

She didn't find any bows but she did take a pair of chain bracers from one of the beasts.

Catherine and Manijuana discovered the beginnings of a quest but they did not have enough experience to proceed, nor did they want to after having seen how deadly the Wizard-Guards for the entrance already were.


After returning to the warm land of Nyrathia, Catherine journeyed south from Caerfa with Shenlo. They returned to the mountains where Catherine had gotten lost looking for Horned Dragons and Shenlo showed her where to find them, as well as Xyioquan Ents.

Catherine, Manijuana and Shenlo were curious about what they might find if they entered the tunnels were the Pirate Swords were once forged and guarded by Dragons and Fire Beings.... They set out from Caerfa and lined up at the entrance, ready for anything... But when they pulled the lever, nothing happened. They then found an inscription on the lever that read: "This has been sealed away forever"

Catherine set out to Bersund a few days later to explore the massive landscape with its massive creatures. She found a mountain full of Glacial Giants and Ice Golems and another full of Kidamru and Snowbeasts.


Shenlo came looking for her part way through the hunt and asked her to accompany him to explore the Orc Outpost. He had glimpsed Hebatog Elites and an Orc Commander there and wanted to test their skills against these monsters. They wandered through halls full of various orc and hebatogs, and Catherine saw her first Gelid Hebatog.

They spiraled into the middle of the Outpost and found the Elites and Commander, which they vanquished with ease.



Catherine and Shenlo then went in search of Yetis. They were not sure if they could defeat this creature, but they were going to try. It had already destroyed their good friend, Lauxes, and they lusted for revenge.
They did not fight any Yetis on this trip, however they did discover an Azure dragon nestled within a circle of Crystals on top of a mountain.

After hours of hunting, they decided to turn back and resupply in Bersund, disappointed they had not found their Yeti. On the way back they decided to check a few more hills and out of nowhere appeared a Ice Demon! The creature was unbelievably fast and attacked Catherine immediately. She did not even have enough time to cast her Defensive Spell before the creature was upon her. Shenlo was there to help heal her, though, and together they destroyed the little demon. Incredibly, the Ice Demon was wearing a Norrlun Armour, which Catherine tore off his corpse and handed to her brave companion.
