Catherine took a trip to the underground caves of Ben Qarassih with Blunt Man and they managed to take a helmet from the monsters there.


Blunt Man returned home to rest after the hunt but Catherine was so close to becoming a Paladin that she forced herself to stay awake and hunt. She met up with her beloved Manijuana and they hunted various types of beetles together.


Then she met with a young Mage named Jason and they hunted together as well. During this hunt Catherine finally gained enough experience to ask Raymond if she could join the Fraternity of Paladins.


He sent her on a quest to find an unknown treasure. She searched the monastery and found a chest protected by at least a dozen Dark Monks.


Catherine returned to Raymond with the treasure and presented it to him. He accepted her into the Fraternity.

The Divine Powers Catherine gained from joining the Blessed Fraternity gave her new confidence to hunt more powerful creatures. She took her Shaman Healer and her friend Blunt Man to the Thick Forests of Jovsrettok to take on the renowned Elder Ents. Catherine had fought many an Ent during her hunts but never had she seen one so powerful.



At one point during their hunt, a second Elder Ent discovered them while they already fought one and Shenlo and Catherine used every healing spell they could cast to keep Catherine alive. Thanks to the combined powers they wielded, the Elders were defeated and Catherine and her two mages lived to tell the tale.

Catherine continued to gain more experience while hunting all different types of creatures.


She returned to werebears with Manijuana and fought the mighty Hrekkand once again, this time taking Blunt Man for the much-needed firepower. They defeated him twice but just as when Catherine and Shenlo fought him, he dropped nothing of value.

Catherine and Blunt Man wandered the desert looking for new types of monsters to hunt. As they ascended through the hills of Giant Beetles, they saw on top of one hill a new creature: The Devastating Beetle. Catherine was confident in her abilities so they climbed the mountain and fought the beast. They returned several times to destroy it but only managed to loot a small amount of gold.


When they tired of the desert they returned by boat to Culthan and headed north. They were hunting ghouls and freaks when a couple of mages came along. Aspirina and Mage of Rey appeared in the tunnels. Catherine offered to give them the spawn so they too could hunt but when the two mages heard where Blunt Man and Catherine were going, they could not resist the temptation to follow.

Once again, The Hrekkand dropped nothing of import. They were all left with empty ampules and some pocket change.

Later on Catherine met up with Shenlo in the dwarf magician tunnels and they profited greatly from their hunt together.


Catherine once again returned to the werebear cave with Manijuana and there she gained much more experience.

Catherine, Lauxes, Shenlo and Stormy ventured into the Geltharian Plains and headed for the Sinplatrak barracks to hunt the mighty Orc Wizards that reside there.

In the tunnels below the barracks, they found a creature they had not seen before called the Hebatog. There were Rookies and Fighters of this breed of monster.

The Hebatog Rookies were weak but the Fighters hit Catherine hard, even with her skills and equipment.

After fighting a few of these beasts in between Orc Wizards, throwers and apprentices, the hunting group came upon one Fighter that carried a mighty weapon. Catherine realized that this was how these beasts hit her so hard.


Later on a Rookie dropped a battle hammer for the group.


They also took a Crystal Wand and two severed Orc Heads from the various creatures at the barracks.


After their very successful hunt, Catherine and Lauxes relaxed on their front lawn and did a little bit of training.


After Lauxes left, Catherine trained with Shenlo, Pendulum and Honux until finally she was ready to sleep.

Catherine was taking it easy and hunting some Giant Beetles when she found a buyer for the Barbarian Axe that she, Shenlo, Lauxes and Stormy had taken from the Hebatog Fighter. She ascended from the beetle caves and sold the axe. She returned to fight some more giant beetles with the buyer so that he could test the weapon's quality. He was pleased with his purchase. Not long after, Manijuana asked her to accompany him to the Golems so that with their combined might, they could destroy many of the monsters.

On her way back into town from the beetle caves, Catherine stopped by her house in Caerfa and something extraordinarily wrong happened. At first she could not move, then everything went black. The whole of Zezenia became a void and there was nothing this powerful warrior could do.

The Void turned a brilliant golden colour and then slowly faded to green. Trees came into focus then grass and flowers. Catherine stood in the middle of the Geltharian Plains. She knew it was a dream or a Vision for before her stood the legendary daughter of Dagor, Veranga. Veranga smiled at Catherine and spread her arms in welcome. Catherine embraced her and instantly knew Peace. "Young warrior, you are one of the most peaceful people in all of Zezenia. Along with the others who seek peace for the lands, I give you my blessing and I pass on the knowledge that one day you will succeed with your mission and Zezenia will be a place of Peace and Love." Catherine talked with Veranga for hours and enjoyed the endless sunshine of the dream world. Then finally Veranga bid her farewell and the brilliant gold returned.

The blackness of the Void faded to be replaced with Catherine's front yard and her house. To her astonishment, the house was now empty of all items it had contained. Though she had lost some money and items to this strange occurrence, she stayed calm and resolute in her path, knowing that Veranga had reached out from the otherworld to assuage her fears for the future. Catherine was more committed to her path than ever before.

She joined her Guildmate for some training so that she could better fight the evil things that lurked in Nyrathia.
