I think there are two options;

#1; The game is shutting down, disabling the premium card purchases now will buy K-Zodron time so wont have to deal with refunds. Everybody can refund their purchases within 14 days without question. After that (I think 60 days) you have to go through a proces with paypal why you want a refund for example you are not able to use the bought product anymore, its broke etc. etc.

#2; They are changing ownership so they have to sort everything out, changing paypal settings, rights etc.

Either way you are fucked, Quillon is in no position to run the game

You are sort of right about how the whole refunding thing works. If paid via Credit Card, yes 14 days, you can refund any purchase with your credit card company. If paid via Bank Account through paypal good luck with that one.. due to the fact it takes a few business days for the funds to be taken from your bank....

Then again, the only purchases that can be refunded are the ones done in the past 14 days of the game ACTUALLY shutting down. So smart on them for keeping the game up until the time frame is up. Then can close without precaution. As long as the game is up they good.

I mean of course anyone can say they didn't get what they paid for.. which we all know MOST of you get what you pay for. I know there is some cases where people don't get the cards right away or on time. I personally have bought over 2000 cards in my zezenia life since I started and NEVER had an ISSUE, NEVER. Savage I know has bought a crap load. Can you refund ALL your purchases? no, just the most recent one, but if not refunded within 14 days and then moved to paypal to try and resolve it, that wont work either, you just waited 14 days for? Now you want to all of a sudden chargeback? after so many days of making the purchase. They will investigate, the internet leaves more traces then you do footprints in the snow.

EDIT:: IF i were Quillon, id have mass amounts of data and proof of every premium card sold. So careful what you do.
Edit2:: Just read the Privacy Policy.... "For Premium Card purchases we additionally store the customer's name, full address, e-mail address, information of the purchased services, and all data to comply with local billing and tax regulations. " oh he keeps proof, so if you want to look dumb , be my guest.

stop blame quillon... The problems is Kz and hiss staff selection.. every year one gamemaster more corrupt than before.. rajio,wielkopolski,exilee,quillon.. and i provably missing some others..

Tbh the game is still good to play the current main problem is the staff (Quillon to be more specific), he'll be an excellent GM if K-z take off the ban hammer from his hands, Quillon really do good updates, new contents, new maps (I know most of his new maps are full of simple mag bugs but is still nice to see new areas) the solution is simple, just remove quillon or remove his ban power, everybody knows about Quillon's unjustified bans and harassing players, K-z should let quillon working only with new contents that is the only solution to stop the corruption.

Otherwise the game will be playable only when a new server release, new server, more 3~5 months of good/regular player base then everything goes down again, so wait more 1year 6months to open a new one and more 3~5 months of fun and keep this retard cycle until the game end.

Most of people don't play anymore because of our current staff and administration some of them just comeback to the game when a new server is coming and the good amount of players lasts just for some months, that's the current zezenia situation.

I'll be glad to come back when we have a new staff or just when release a new server to keep the retard cycle.
