Yes I spent loads on this game, thats all in the past and I am in no position to ask for any kind of refund.

But where did I state that I wanted to refund my purchases? All I said were some reasons what I "THINK" why he disabled the premium cards shop.

You are sort of right about how the whole refunding thing works. If paid via Credit Card, yes 14 days, you can refund any purchase with your credit card company. If paid via Bank Account through paypal good luck with that one.. due to the fact it takes a few business days for the funds to be taken from your bank....

Then again, the only purchases that can be refunded are the ones done in the past 14 days of the game ACTUALLY shutting down. So smart on them for keeping the game up until the time frame is up. Then can close without precaution. As long as the game is up they good.

I mean of course anyone can say they didn't get what they paid for.. which we all know MOST of you get what you pay for. I know there is some cases where people don't get the cards right away or on time. I personally have bought over 2000 cards in my zezenia life since I started and NEVER had an ISSUE, NEVER. Edit2:: Just read the Privacy Policy.... "For Premium Card purchases we additionally store the customer's name, full address, e-mail address, information of the purchased services, and all data to comply with local billing and tax regulations. " oh he keeps proof, so if you want to look dumb , be my guest.

I don't think you know how buyers protection laws work in the EU, The seller HAS to refund the purchase if asked within 14 days if the goods are returned in full or faulty.
Then you have the paypal policy where you can dispute any and all transactions within the last 180 days.

If you bought say 1000 premium cards a week ago and the game shutdown in 2 weeks you will be able to get a full refund on those premium cards.

Most people play games to have fun on their own or with friends, so spending money on it is normal.
On the other hand a lot of people from poor countries play games as a job.

I make more money in an hour working than I would make in a full day selling game gold.
(Most people who live in developed countries will be the same)
