On some monsters I can crit for less than I can normally hit, it seems to work weirdly with defense. Works as Kazordoon said it does and me as well yesterday in ts when we was testing it out, if you're going to shoot high def monster/player then your hits are going to be off a lot (i did 80-492 dmg differences on Death cuz of it's defense). Let's say you're about to hit 100 and it will be critical hit so it would be 110 crit hit and next hit you do will be 376 without critical hit. It only occurs with high def target and shows stuff like that cuz of the broken defending system this game has. Skills multiplier'd with your gear total defense and then also with fort talent is just one broken system. I mean i maxed out 492 hit on a death with 171 dist and you did like 250 with your 120 dist? I mean that even shows it all how retarded the defending system works in-game when we have 30% difference in our dist and i hit twice as much on death. GG When he said max hit I assumed he meant my total overall max hit, which means I shouldn't be able to crit less than a normal hit. I have no idea how any of this works anymore haha Ye. I understod same way as u. Which would mean it either doesnt work. Or max hit means not your actual max hit. But some base max hit which is lower than your actual max hit :D. If u interested, i tried to explain how it COULD be scripted |

The defense of the target is then calculated afterwards, and that amount is subtracted from the damage. And also there is variation in defence then? I mean lets say my calculated damage will be in variance of 400-600. Monster defence will take away 200-400dmg. So in lucky case i will make 600 Monster absorbs for 200 and my normal hit will be 400. The next time it could be i make 600*1.1 =660 crit hit Monster absorbs for 400. So crit hit would be 260 at minimum and 460 at maximum. Do i get it right? |

A crit should never hit lower than a normal hit that makes no sense.
If defense makes the system work that weirdly I would hate to think what it's like in PvP hitting a paladin. |

Is there any plans to expand the secondary stat system so a glory helm could be hp steal/crit/magic resist? |
