I am sure Sator investigate this, and if they are purposely trying to make players leave or hunt players for no reason, they'll get banned for either power abusing or destructive behaviour. The staff and the GMs do not support such actions and are always trying to guarantee a peaceful stay for everybody, and if there is a bunch of people who think they it's funny to drive away people and a server having few players because of them, well then guess what, GMs will take action.
