Mind showing me where the mistake on our side is? I've just read the logs showing that our server ran completely fine and is still running flawlessly, it is impossible for us to do anything if there is a storm near the datacenter or anything else interrupting the connection and packets are lost, thus players getting kicked. Valve for example had their entire servers being unreachable once when they had massive storm activity around them. This has been explained very often already, and neither of us can do anything else than explaining it again. The only possible thing to do is let the server automatically save players which we are working on, but as said in the dozens of statements we have already made, this is everything but easy to do and will take a while.

the people who say the game doesnt deserve money are always the ones who never paid a single cent anyway
