Not enouf cards in depot they gave me 100 and my amount was 300 ??? how can i get the rest of cards ?

On my acc there is standing awaiting for payment 60 cards .. but i wont buy those .. later more .. so is it possible to cancel ore delete it cuz i cant ? greetz demo
