There will be a green crosshair going from the supporter to him, as well as a message "X is preparing <spell name>".

A game-manual for new players would be awesome, since I'm new myself. You have to ask alot about the PvP system, training system, class system etc. Would be nice to get it everything from you, would also look much more professional for a new player when he arrives here.
