arbalest got lower attack than reinforced war bow, golden bow and longbow.
So 200-300 k for this item is good price if you so smart you should buy this item for 250 k and then sell for 600-800k |

But arbalest is cross bow. Karis is hitting with it around 300 as far I know, Obnoxious was hitting 200+ with his bad skills.
