If as you say the majority of the bombers were iraqi then there is a high chance, if you were ever to meet one, that any given bomber you meet would be iraqi. But as the ratio of bombers to iraqi citizens is a lot smaller than the (supposed) ratio of iraqi bombers to other bombers you can't say the same for any given iraqi. |

Not once did I say there wasn't suicide bombers in other parts of the world but due to recent events (past 10-15 years) Iraq and Afghanistan are the most known for it.
