Ok, waht exactly does this skill do?

I use it and nothing happens. I imagine that on PVP worlds it would make the person have to retarget?

I assume you're talking about Primal scream. That spell makes your target lose his target and you can successfully use it in nonpvp world too, to save teammates (for example if some monsters target wrong person, just target the monster and use the spell, that should make him stop atking your friend for a moment and look for another target).

Are you sure it works on mosnters? Pend told me it didn't but I never checked for myself.

Seems barb is totally UP compared to Paladin, although I knew this going in, I didn't think it was this bad lol

spells of barb rox, every spell is needed in pvp.
