What's this?! Has Shenlo the Shaman finally awoken from his hibernation?



While traveling through Geltharia with Catherine we got word that a dragon had attacked the farm, naturally a dragon is bound to have all manner of magical items but the reward offered made it all the sweeter.



Having dealt with the dragon we continued southwards in search of the woolly mammoth. As we climbed ever higher the herds grew so big we had to either flee or get trampled underfoot.

Today I was sent on a mission to once more raid the dwarven settlement north of Caerfa. They did not take well to me killing their high mage, nor me running of with his enchanted bracers.



While waiting for the dwarven warriors to give up their search I decided to further explore the cave I hid in, first I found nothing but a few bugs but then I cave upon a Giant Beetle lair.

Busy day!
I've returned to Humwich to join in the defence of the town as the hill golems have been sighted on the lower reaches of the mountain. Whether they are planing on raiding the outlying farms or if they were driven of by their kin, who can say. But they have killed atleast one citizen, Mark the Hunter.



After quite a while of inactivity my weapon skills have suffered somewhat, but as I had some time to spare after coming back from the Humwich Hills I decided to try to reawaken old skills.

While patroling the old beetle tunnels, making sure the golems were not trying to sneak into town, I was ambushed by a red Giant Beetle. Its red carapace however was not the only thing that set this beetle apart, it was also several times faster and a lot stronger than a regular Giant Beetle.



The encounter down the beetle caves seems to have increased my magical power for I am now able to bend the Dwarf Magician to my will.

I have traveled to Caerfa to join a fellow guild member in slaying a Dreadlord. The snouted beasts run faster than a horse and are strong enough to match a dragon, they have been known to carry a lot of magical items such as the Sacred Staff but unfortunately this one did not.



After dispatching the Dreadlord Catherine suggested an attack on Sinplatrak before returning to Caerfa.



While the orc wizards offered only moderate resistance we were not able to break into the treasure chamber.

I've returned to Sinplatrak on my own this time, and while I did not have time to make any sketches of my way in rest assured it was a slaughter on a scale they shan't soon forget!

As I was alone I could take my time in studying these strange creatures known as the Hebatog. These rookies were no match for a skilled shaman, even when attacking in numbers, but neither do they appear to be very well equiped. The ones I killed wore no armor to speak of and fought with their fists, or well handy-like things.



These fighters however were another matter while both stronger and better armored, some even carrying axes, they moved no faster than their weaker kin.

After gathering resources for a good long while I once more returned Sinplatrak to deliver slaughter upon the orcs and their fell servants, the hebatogs. This time they were better armoured but in the end they died all the same.



While traveling to the Market in Culthan to offer up some of my newly acquired loot for sale I was attacked by what seemed to be regular trees. After the fight I could feel my power increase.

Today I was invited by the noble paladin Kukironosuke to join an expedition into the realm of Jovsrettok. The giant Elder Ents put up quite the fight, and one even carried some enchanted elven armor but none could stand in our way.

This morning I caught an orc wizard trying to sneak into Caerfa, I was more than a little surprised by what I found when I looted its corpse.



I could hear movement farther down the tunnel, it turned out to be some more orcs and a hebatog.
