If the deathpenalty would stay the same with such a spell, then I guess people would indeed care less about dying. I'm not entirely against this proposal, but if it would be done, I do think the deathpenalty should be adjusted, since people will ask their paladin/shaman friends to come and resurrect them. I wonder by the way how this is gonna work, from what I understand from the OP, you just get your corpse back, let someone use that spell on it and then you magically get some exp/skill back. Don't you think that is a bit too good to be true? In many cases you are in time to get your corpse, thus your deathpenalty will be a lot lower, since I am positive there are enough shamans/paladins to come and use that spell for you in time. Anyway, resurrect means to raise from the dead, if you must have your corpse, it means you are alive again, then the resurrect spell shouldn't help, since you are already alive again.

That's why there must be only short time like minute or two, when u someone can be resurrected.

But, I believe this should works only for premium players, would be nice and useful by ppl who have internet problems everytime (like me for example). Haha.

Trap someone, kill him, resurrect and kill again. Sounds like a plan.

When you die, you are teleported directly to the temple and lose items/experience.
How are you supposed to resurrect someone who is already alive (In the temple)? This won't work unless if when you die, your corpse (and you) will remain on the place until someone come and resurrect you.

Yea, correct.
But probably when someone uses this magic, you'll receive experience and some skills back (automatically), and you won't return on the place were you died. (looks much better)! :D

I dont really like this because it is a spell, its way to cheap as a spell.
Though I do like the thought of adding something to the game that would reduce death penalty.
My proposal for this would be an amulet, familiar to the one that reduces item loss
that would reduce the death penalty and another amulet that would reduce
both item loss and death penalty.
With a fairly high price of course...
