It's more complex than that. If you've suffered racism without any kind of sanction towards the offenders, it's normal in this game. Partly, it's true. But very completely, Pharos players have gone from being PVP killer players to ultra-harassing players. In my case, it's much worse. Because they didn't let me steal, they set up an insult hunt and eliminated me from every group. Because every time I upload screenshots showing what thieves and cheaters they are, they end up eliminating them, but it's something that in itself doesn't matter to me.
