The Tale of Shirvayu

It is said that, long before people, before temples, when the winds still spoke the language of fire, there existed a being shaped from the Earth's first roar: the Spirit Lion, the Primordial Breath of the Wild.

It appears only when a shaman powerful enough has the power to summon it into battle. Its presence marks the end of a cycle and rebirth through destruction.

Shirvayu is not just a creature! It's a sentient force, an elemental entity made of muscle, spirit, and incandescent wind.

Its eyes blaze a flamming green, like live embers beneath ancient leaves!

Its claws don't just tear flesh: they divide the world between what deserves to live and what needs to be purged...

Evocation is the act of evoking, calling upon, or summoning a spirit, demon, deity or other supernatural agents, in the Western mystery tradition. Conjuration also refers to a summoning, often by the use of a magical spell.

In ancient times, the Green Fire burned between the worlds and could only be manipulated by those who renounced their own purposes.

Thus were born the true shamans united by nature.

The earth trembled. A roar pierced the physical plane. From the green flame that sprang from the mountain's roots, Tuzoroszlán would be summoned for the first time: a colossal lion, with claws longer than spears, covered in a reddish mane, and green eyes burning like emeralds in live coals.

Tuzoroszlán seeks vengeance and purification, where he roars, the green flames dance and cleanse the corruption of the invaders. No blade might cut him. No magic but that of the shamans themselves can control him.

He's the will of the forest itself, listening to the Earth and punishing his summoner's enemies to the death.

While the reference to the terrible manticores seems obvious at a first glance, and while some weak-minded people see it as an evocation of the vast world of arachnids, all this is merely a frightening diversion concealing the true nature of this abomination: etymologically, and literally, "animated by the imprecation"

Gálean


Meaning and Concept:

Gálean: The name is a poetic fusion of "Gale" (a strong wind or windstorm) with the suffix "-an," which denotes belonging or nature. It represents a sudden, powerful, and transient force of nature, like a gust of wind.

Fleeting Echo: This subtitle reinforces its nature. It is not a permanent entity, but an "echo" of the shaman's power, a residual image of a greater spirit that manifests for a brief moment ("fleeting") to attack and then dissipate.

Why it works for a Shaman:
Shamans are masters of the elements and spirits. Calling upon "Gálean" would be like summoning the very spirit of the wind to attack on their behalf. The ephemeral nature of a gale fits perfectly with the 25-second duration.
