Can someone tell me where the elf blood is for the Cursed in Love quest in Humwich?

Down at Dark elfs. North of the cave, there you have a fountain, click on that with your empty vial in your invetory and you will collect the water.

EDIT: You ment the wine, sorry.
You find it at top floor of the tower at Dark elfs entry.
Top floor there is a chest, there you get the wine
The first thing i explained is the second part of the quest. ( at least i think so, was a great while since i did the quest, thsoe are tho the locations )
