hello, everyone, i'm here to ask a question...I stopped to play a long time ago and returned recently.
i used to play with warrior but...now the game has some little changes..I'd like to know your opnions, what subclass is better today, paladin or barbarian? in terms of pvp pve

Depends on your gamestyle, on high levels (600+) barbarian is absolutely better, but early game for barbarians is rough, I still recomend paladin at begining they have better defense and healing, so its harder to die and on early levels the damage gap isnt that big, since you can always switch, i'd start as paladin.

Barbarian is way better, playing as paladin is really hard now, they should at least give back the damage of cleave like it was in the past, even then barb will be overpowered.
In my opinion they should lower barbarian aoe spells roughly by 30%, or like on pyro's, make their life steal 66% or even less.

Fully agree with @Death Soul, barbarian is way better than paladin in every acpect.

compared to mages, barbarian is way easier to play, still making same exp and standing crazy boxes of monsters and kill them easily (geck'zah for example) while warlock/pyro can die trapped with 4 or 5, 12-13 k exp mobs (lone eyes, soul devourers, murd crabs or lizard spellweavers for example), not even mentioning geck'zahs.

Its the 1st game I have ever seen, where tank subclass is similiar in making exp to difficult and more fragile mages or distance professions...

Its not about diference betwen barbarian or paladin. Nowdays stats of equips make barbarians stronger because they can kill/survive without any heal. BUT you must have good equipament and if you stop to hit or wrong you can easily die to.

If you dont have good equips and lvl enought to hunt without heal i rather paladin..

a level 500 barb and paladin both dont really need to heal. The difference is barbarian STILL is way to over powered. They do TOO much exp/hr compare to paladins. There is a massive gap that paladins fall behind in terms of exp/hr.

Firstly, ill agree its very gear based, but its like that with paladin as well. You miss a heal or cleave and your dead too?
Its not JUST barbarians that need the gear. All classes do so this becomes an irrelevant opinion.
The matter of the fact is, and its blatant as well... is barbarians need a life steal cap. all classes do.

Sum this down, Barbarians need a nice nerf too much dmg they do annnnnd with the life steal having no damn cap barbarians are superiors at exp/hr. . life steal NEEDS A CAP FOR ALL CLASSES. this full heal shit from using spells is stupid... telling you if you make life steal LESS effective then it is now, barbarians will take a nerf automatically. you will force them to stop using attack spell to heal, which will slow dmg down, thus resulting in less exp/hr.

To see someone say I choose barbarian cuz I have good equips, but if i have shit equips i choose paladin, <----- clear indicator the classes are broken and need attending too.

a lvl 500 + barb and pala, have 1 difference......... exp/hr the gap is HUGE. dont tell me otherwise either cause you were paladin and changed to barb to do more exp.
other then that, paladins were doing the same shit., not healing, as long as 5 monsters and use cleave and not stop attacking, you barely ever heal too? but paladins dmg output is trash. complete trash so a 500+ paladin with full boost can do what 18kk-22kk in magician bears with full boost... compare to barbarians making 30kk+ doing the same thing with the same gear... both classes never healing really... but look at this gap..... like I said the gap is too big between these 2 classes. They need to close it, either make barb do less dmg, nerf life steal, give paladins cleave 100% dmg back, theres solutions. But staff is missing in action these days. I dont even want to get started with shamans... they really need help xD

well no shit.. theres no spawn in this game to hold lvl 700s lol. Your guna break every spawn you hunt. Thats what you get for playing too much xD now you want to keep taking high exp. you guys need to go play some ots or something, the way you want this game to be so easy is mind blowing. Its already easy and you want it MORE easy.

You prefer the easy game play, or why switch? You wanted leveling easier so you all switched to barbarian cause they are basically the same if not better then a paladin right now with more dmg. YES WITH GEAR. Keep in mind most active players now days are in elysium and pharos. Zera died. All the ely and pharos ppl have NICE GEAR. you talk like theres a crowd of new players around.

Probably dont need to use your bot anymore because of this. So come to terms of reality that barbarian is better then paladin in every single aspect. If you play a paladin get ready to grind your face off twice as hard as a barb would.

As silencerx stated here, like a prophet, while BARBARIAN can stand FULL chest of these, warlocks or any other mages will die in a blink of eye fighting with 4-5, and the same night he got a proof

Everybody that I know, who's making good exp have godly EQ, with full 30-33% exp boost, full m res, nice dodge and physical, other guys that I dont know why have eq from eidos, just cant do a good exp.
