I live in holland aswell (northern region aswell) and have no issues at all. I used to have issues when i had 10mbs internet, cant say this is the problem thats causing it, but could be why its not stable all the time.

Theres so many factors to take in account, with that litte data, downloading on a different computer on that network could drasticly affect ur connection.

Have you considered calling ur provider and ask for a temporary upgrade (for free) to see if that solves ur issue. Many providers in holland give a service guarantee so..

Well, my personal opinion leans more towards your network rather than the zezenia servers. I can hardly find any provider that gives such low internet down/up on optic fiber.. do you rent a house with an all-in package or do you buy your own internet? The majority offer 100mbs up/down at minimum..
