Recently had my main account banned unfairly due to an eye disease. I'm surprised i've seen high levels with autohealing or autotargeting and they aren't banned, i've even seen some people using it and streaming on twitch.

Hi,
For the first and last time. There is no such thing as "pay to play" when it comes to cheating. Any account caught in action by a Game Master will be punished accordingly, no matter the history of the account. Using ctrl+r is the only way to report suspicious behaviour. Each report will be read by a Game Master once one connects to the game server and it will be dealt accordingly. -Mercury |

Is there a specific case you are referring to? The level plays absolutely no role in deciding whether a character should be banned or not. Each and every report and online check is handled with the same principles, there are no exceptions based on levels or money spent. -Mercury |
