Most of you other people need to learn to read -.-

BTW, I DO complain about getting PKed in Tibia because I was in my first week playing, lvl 9, and got PKed by 3 people at least 3x my lvl. Ever heard of "Pick on someone your own size"??? Applies to lvl too!

Pick on someone your own size.
Don't kick someone while they're down.

Attacking someone while they are vulnerable is cowardly.

Just because I pointed out to Madhouse that I'm fairly sure that there are certainly excellent reasons for GMs maintaining the game does not mean he is wrong about his PvP arguments. After all, MMORPGs are PvP games in some way. There might be lamers who are level 150 and kill you as a level 15, but there's nothing really you can do except for leveling up, find friends and then take revenge, which is what most people play for actually, besides solving quests and enjoying other ingame content. I don't think it would be a good idea to completely avoid PvP ingame, then we could as well make both servers No-PvP and then surprisingly wonder why the player count will be too few to even cope with the cost of our currently only 2 servers.

Well i would still prefer to be non-PvP so i can play without being involved in the bullshit, and i am sure there are others who feel the same. Perhaps you can allow those who still wish to be non-PvP do so? I don't think that is too much to ask, especially considering it would lighten things up a good bit. It was pretty unfair to originally just suddenly drop non-PvP without warning and if what you have said means non-PvP will not return then i will begin searching for a new game to play. So tell us now: Will Non-PvP ever come back?

Sure, that's your opinion and you're free to have that if it is your style of playing - as you said, you're probably not alone with that, but sadly, currently, there are not enough players in Zezenia to justify a permanent No-PvP alternative. Yes, we are planning to bring it back and it will most likely be a US server. The date is unsure but generally, we're all in for it as long as it would be used and pay off, which is, as said, right now, not the case. Depending on how the future of our staff members will develop and relating to this the amount and size of the updates, it will either come earlier or later, giving out a date now would be hilarious because it would be a completely unreliable poor guess.

limiting pvp just doesn't make sense

not even murderer states make sense, where do they come from? are the gods watching us and making our aurea redder after we kill some players? ...

I totally agree that something needs to be done against PKing training people. At the minimum, we should at least make a list of the despicable people who do this, a blacklist.

The exact date is not a factor for me i just needed to know if it was gone for good or not so thank you for your answer :)

How about a safety period? A time frame after being PKed in which the player cannot engage in any PvP activity for a set amount of time that only runs its course if logged in that long.

There's a difference between normal PvP and attacking trainers. I mean, sure, this game is PvP, but as Cute says, attacking a trainer(which is every warrior and ranger) is PA. If you're 4 hours on Zezenia, my guess is that most people would be afk at some time, and it's an abuse to take advantage of it. The biggest difference is that, normal PvP is an attack against players who have all they're equipments, aren't afk and can fight back, against an afk trainer. "Just dont be afk then", yeah...right. Be 6 hours straight without giving focus to something besides Zezenia. Im not against PvP, but I am against PA, which attacking trainers is.

Not sure if this topic is dead or just on standstill, but I've heard some complaints about the issue and would just like to throw out a small proposal:

What if there were group houses, and each one had a special room that people could train with other group members in? The groups could grant their members access to these rooms to train in, protected from the dangers of opposing forces. Now, granted, if we had non-pvp servers this wouldn't exactly be an issue and this measure wouldn't even need consideration, but since Zezenia can't afford to make one just yet an alternative to the current training risks would be nice. It would increase the appeal of joining groups, permissions could be made on what group members can and can't enter said room, and would offer a solution to people requesting a safer solution than the risk of being hunted down.

Unfortunately, there would be some downsides: ensuring legitimate groups (as in have numerous active members, not just one person) buy the houses, and making sure no one is macroing their way to the top in the safety of these rooms. It may be possible to ensure that active groups get it by only allowing group leaders with at least x amount of active enough members to buy/continue paying rent on houses. As for macro checking, unfortunately I don't have a feasible idea on how to prevent that.

That's about it, lemme know if you see any holes in this so I can think over it some more.

Ok.
1. You can't make an area where people can't get to you unless they're invited.
2. If your in a party and you attack a party member then you should not be "unjustly attacking" somebody. because then when somebody runs up and kills you they kill you justly. Wtf is up with that.

Listen, when someone decide's to train that means he engages himself to the risks of getting killed out there. I dont really think that this game will ever have Peace on it like u want it to because some people play here JUST to fight u know what i mean? If u wanna train safely, Find a spot where nobody goes simply, and if u are taking too much time to drag back ur armors on, what i suggest u is to Enable the UI system (Just while u train) and to drag the bag with ur eq Next to your slots simply..

Yours, Smokey!
