E: All this VPN bullshit, if he did use one he is pretty stupid to connect through brasil when servers are not even hosted there so his ping would probably be even worse.

And like Ht Legolas stated aswell, everytime you connect with VPN you get different IP/server/tunnel, this way you wouldn't get the same IP's twice.

The way most VPNs work, is they have a few different tunnels they use and spread the load through those tunnels, you wouldn't get the same Brazilian IP all the time, it would be a few different IPs.

Email support if you think it's wrong.

Sharing is against the rules yes, but botting is also against the rules ;)
