So I decided today that I would disband Guild Cuteness. I decided to disband it instead of giving the administrator position to someone else because the guild was truly mine and built on my morals and I really don't think I knew any active players that really stood for the same things as me, at least not completely. Sooo... I didn't want the guild to become something that I wouldn't agree with.
There are two reasons I didn't want to be a guild-leader anymore 1) There was too much stress. People were fighting and expecting me to fix it for them. This is what I do at work and not what I want to do on my time off. It became too much responsibility. I get quite upset when people don't get along with each other, even if I don't know them (that's why I can't watch Reality TV!!! lol) 2) I have been playing a lot less lately and I will probably not play very much in the near future either and I felt bad for abandoning my Guild. There wasn't enough active players in the guild anymore. |
