"Serious screenshot submitters" implies that not everybody was picked, just the ones that would have had a reasonable possibility at the prizes anyway.

Each day more discouraged with game events xD We waited so long for a nice event, encouraging (this was not the case), to be settled by lottery. Sad. Gz the lucky ones. |
