I am new at this game , and What I see lately are more players assets and discouraged old and giving up the game ! Zezenia and a great game, and it's sad to see this happen because it has great potential and without transparency by staff, it is hard to know if I should really invest my time and money in a project abandoned. Waiting for explanations.

Best way to make money in game is buy pcards... your choice.

It's unlikely that only Elysium would have separate problems, since the other servers are working great, but of course we will look into the problem to see if there is anything we can do to improve.

Unlikely? Are you saying that all this freeze is causing our deaths is something that is not being caused by the server? Sorry, but I'm sure that it is indeed the server.

Forgive my fellow, he is a bit worried since like me we work almost the whole day and we was getting massive lags spikes and freezes on Elysium and loosing the small progress that we was getting cuz of our short time, anyway lets me give you some directions about the problem maybe it can help, everybody that play zezenia for atleast 6 months know that ATLEAST on Elysium sometimes we got some random lag, its a small one and most of the times is gone quickly, no big deal on that, pretty acceptable, the problem is that sometimes it just freeze, like 3~40 seconds, depends on the day and on our luck, its not a overal problem, its like a random freeze that is killing massive ppl when happens, its clear that isan't our connection cuz we still remains on TS that we keep talking when we are playing, still if remains some doubt you can ask to anyone, daily ppl are dieing, i dont know how is the size of your staff or if is a simple or complicated problem to solve, i just ask you to give some good attention on it cuz its desvotivating even the most strongest friends that i know, sincerely i spect that it will e solve fast as possible since like you said, just Ely is suffering from it and i dont think we deserved such thing.

Everath has same Problems .. check your emails.. almost two month without answer about those bugs...lags.. FREEZs... if you think IMPLEMENT NEW MAPS is the best way..or that NPC for recover EXP CAUSE OF YOUR HOSTERS... you are wrong.. this game is still UP cause of PLayers of everath fighting.. you did all wrong with items , stats , talents ,items from quest.. Prices NPC.. but no listen us.. whatever lets see what is coming.. POTS in hotckeys? nice POOL.. bye

So you'd have to check as soon as possible, since the problem is not just in Elysium as you think it is.

This is a very frustrating problem for all of those having connection issues. I do not think this is a Zezenia server issue though, simply because I have been online hunting at the same time when many of you have freezes or get kicked and suffered these deaths and I experienced no issues. I am in the U.S.A. close to the server and maybe you are having routing issues getting to the Zezenia servers from your area of the world? This could be why your other online programs still function fine, they may be routing to different areas of the world that don't suffer the same connectivity issues you are having trying to route to the Zezenia server. Hope this helps your situation and it will be resolved quickly!
