This is a good idea to help provide more variety in how to hunt or take experience in the game, other than grinding the same spawns/bosses over and over to get levels. Maybe it could make use of the arena or "Coliseum" in Ellaria somehow?

its a really good idea and i like it, would add some variety to hunting and some excitement as well.

you could even implement a npc at the beginning and end where at the end you turn it in similar to osvald where it is like cash, training, experience or even other options could be thrown in there maybe instead of just exp after using portal idk...

It's a good idea, and I actually have something like that planned in my TODO list for the future. It won't come in the next update yet, but hopefully soon anyway.

I pasted the notes I wrote months ago below, but please note that of course none of the values are final, they are just ideas thrown around. If you have more proposals related to this feature I'd of course like to hear them.

Quoting TODO List:
- Instances, but not really instances...
- Some kind of cave location(s) to enter, similar lever system as arenas etc.
- Some kind of NPC in these cave location(s) with stupid lore and info
- 2 hour time limit
- Should take 20-60 minutes to complete
- Logout has 15min kick-block so you have time to come back incase of DC
- Death -> Out
- Finish -> Out + skills/money/exp/unique items reward
- No PVP
- Small starter room, with stairs to actual start, so it starts out smoothly
- No respawn
- Minor reward at every completion
- Major reward at 1st, 5th, 20th and 100th completion

How about a level system?

So for example lvl 1 would be creeps and on each lvl you will have an objective such as kill so many creature or make it through to the end of the cave.

Once you complete lvl 1 you will recieve a reward and you start lvl 2 and it will gradually get harder with more variety of monster and better reward.

It should work so that once you complete lvl 1 and you can come back later and start lvl 2 when you are stronger
