This would also open a gateway for more improvements to the weapon damage, as currently it is stuck due to damage output on players, you could also add things like Critical damage to spells, critical damage percent increase on weapons and other various things.


Here is a second option, which I think would give similar results.

Make a piece of equipment (I was going to say ring, but everyone knows what will be said then XD) which when worn makes 50% of all damage be taken from your mana.

This piece of equipment could have a duration before turning to dust, Which would then have to be a ring or necklace, also be unique equip (So if it is a ring only one can be worn at any one time)

Or could just be a secondary stat on a piece of equipment making it so when worn this effect takes place.
As always constructive criticism and feedback is always welcome.

Proposal not worth investigating. There are things much more important for now, like game content extension.


Content is also coming and is being worked on, I think other things can also be proposed and at the moment PvP is quite a high priority in my opinion.

BUMP, mainly looking for the views of the developers on the talent part.

How is it not important for now? in everath alot ppl can now progress their characters, with that comes awareness
and the truth is its abig factor to why some people quit.

The current pvp is very balanced, it does require strategy but without skill you won't get so far, if you think mages are OP, create a mage, if you think warriors are OP, create a warrior and so on.. it's easier to adapt to the game than to adapt the game to yourself.

Sure it is, I agree it's perfect for very small teams and PK teams.

No skill is needed to load a combo, and mages are OP (I have all classes, will eventually try them all out)

EDIT:
Mage's damage is really high, but it's fine as it is.
Wait until warriors and rangers reach skills 85~95 :) You'll see what is real damage.

I already got a ranger with 72 distance myself, can't wait until 85~90+ distance!

Haven't seen a Elysium character post for quite a while, so I don't think that is of concern.

EDIT:
That's why I stated every character should be able to get the talent, it just makes it so the higher you get the more survivability you have. Without taking away mages combo.

Just saying it doesn't recruit much skills to have 3 warlocks, locate someone and go sneak, kill target in one combo and cast anti-location and hide. And 3 warlocks kills their target 90% sure.

I've got a level 90 warrior, 142 Shaman, 61 Ranger,
Been in maybe 6-7 decent battles and a few sneaks and random kill.

I've also never stated I'm a PvP master, so that's just something you made up yourself.
You don't need to be a pro at something to see it's flaws, I know boxing trainers who've never been in a fight in there life but know how boxing works and what the flaws are.
