Here I'll compile my proposals for Everath. This first post will be kept being edited to show the main proposals.
I've had a few in mind, but for now I'll talk about 1 only...

1. REVIEW GUILD WAR SYSTEM

2. Murderer State on Everath proposal: Red name - Black name status + Banishment for excessive killing
* On a side note, I think that raising/doubling the frag limit would be the easier way to solve the problem. But I don't think Staff would do that for profit income reasons, so I proposed this murderer state's review as solution for Everath.

1. REVIEW GUILD WAR SYSTEM

- Current war system:
[13:07:16] Jere: Guilds in a war can kill each other justifiedly. There is no extra death penalty or payments. The war can be ended at any time by a leader of either guild.
Any guild can accept/decline war offers for free, besides also being able to cancel an already existing war system at any time, without any penalty nor requirement, for free. Anybody can leave/enter guild during war system freely aswell.

- What I see as problem:
This war system is too simple. People cheat on you, they can invite you to a guild war system, they can call you to an open battle, then leave war system and relogin, voila, they are all out of war system and you do not know about it. You go fight and take redname because your enemies canceled war system and you were not even informed about it. Also, you were expecting a war and all you got was your time wasted and false expectations, plus a redname. This is stupid.

War members from both guilds can abuse of the possibility of joining/leaving guild anytime, so they can join it, fight 1 battle and then leave it to go hunt. So his enemy team thinks this guild member is still in war, goes kill him and they see he left the guild, therefore the war system. They waste their time and also get false expectations when this happens.

What we can see is that the war system is very, very simple, offering just ONE possibilty of war, which can provide fun and a successful war system for some type of players, but in the other hand, can provide boredom and even a cold war, a total failure war system for other type of players.

- What I propose:
1. Change the way you start a war: Make it work similarly to the way you pass a house to another player.
2. Diversicated modes of war system: To satisfy different styles of players, you need different styles of war systems.
- 1. Basic war system: Exactly as the already existent war system.
- 2. Customized war system: You can pick your own terms and conditions to propose a war system.
* LOYALTY CODE = Guild members cannot leave/join any of the guilds during the war system.
* HONOUR OF WORD = A guild can only cancel the war system if the other guild(s) accept their exit of war system.
* BOUNTY REWARD = The last standing guild in war system wins the cash prize that they have previously put to whoever would win. You need to have the ammount in gold of your guild's participation in bounty reward inside your backpack. If the offer is declined, the cash will be sent back to your balance or given back to you by the NPC in the next time you talk to him.
To accept the offer of war system, the other guild's leader must have the gold of his guild's part inside his backpack when he talks to the NPC.
I dont know how to edit so much, I'm using Paint, but it atleast makes us understand the idea:

2. Murderer State on Everath proposal: Red name - Black name status + Banishment for excessive killing

- Current murderer state system on Everath:
Quoting K-Zodron from http://www.zezeniaonline.com/forum/thread/11597.html:
There's no "protection" for missclicks, so you have to be careful there. The limits are 3 kills per 24 hours, or 7 kills per 7 days, or 14 kills per 30 days. Once you reach one of the limits you get a "red name", where you will be free to kill and lose more than normally when you die. Exceeding the limits again while red named leads to an automatic 20 day ban. You can bribe NPC Collin (under Culthan bank) to remove your red name.

- What I see as problem:
I'll keep it simple. A 20 days ban ON EVERATH for excessive killing (note this is only for Everath) is completely stupid in my opinion.
- What I propose:
Murderer state consisting in not just 1 status (red name), but in 2 status: red name + black name.

- New Murderer state: Two Phases: red name, black name and possibly 7 days banishment.
Once you reach one of the limits you reach the first phase of murderer state, acquiring a "red name", where you will be free to kill and lose more than normally when you die (10% experience + 1,5% skill loss, according to Baltas).

Exceeding the limits again while red named would lead into the second phase of murderer state, the "black name".
Once you reach the "black name" phase of murderer state, you will lose 20% of your total experience and 2,5% of your skills.

Exceeding the limits again whilst in black name state leads to an automatic 7 day ban. You can bribe NPC Collin (under Culthan bank) to remove your murderer state, either if it's in first phase("red name") or in second phase ("black name").

Murderer state: 1. red name - 2. black name - 3. banishment of 7 days lenght.

very good proposals, I also like to add few

There are green dragons, but why there are no red? Red dragons could be way stronger than normal dragons, by history it could be their kings or lords... They could drop mails made of their scales and helmets that only royal people could wear. What do you think about my idea?

I totally agree the war system needs refining but so does PVP overall.
The second proposal is something that shouldn't be added, this games PVP doesn't support a black skull and it was one of the downfalls of Tibia.

The text of the two proposals have been completely finished.

On a side note, I think that raising/doubling the frag limit would be fine, way easier to solve the problem. The thing is: would K-Z do it? A player needs to pay 20 premium cards to get rid of murderer state, that frag limit increasement could somehow harm K-Z's profits, no? That's the thing.

Tartarus was nice, but theorically gave him less profit than Everath could give him - if not even maybe a waste? -, so he closed Tartarus, therefore I thought of a more profitable way for Staff to solve the problem, a VIABLE way to have the solution brought ingame ASAP, before people actually quit the game once for all, either due to a banishment of 20 days lenght for excessive killing or for refusing to keep paying 20 pcards just because of this ridiculous existent murderer state system on Everath

I totally agree, it seems like every function has a huge premium card price attached to it making the game seem a lot more pay to win..

Premium cards for premmy ofc, to get rid of red name, to reset talents, the huge premmy card sink of osvald and lastly premmy cards for blessings.

I bet the new game mechanic what comes next also has a premmy card thing attached to it, now I'm not against support the game but it's getting to the point where you're at a huge disadvantage if you don't spend real money on the game. (Yes I've spent quite a bit on it up to now).

If he's declining things which the players want (Even if it's only for the speed rate server) because he could get more "Profit" doing it a way with premium cards attached to it the game is already going downhill.
