Hes talking about Belgra, the known cavebotter/macro trainer. Who gets banned then unbanned the next day somehow.

The reason he got unbanned is because at the moment that I banned him he wasn't really doing anything wrong, besides being afk.
And so far we haven't been able to confirm any of your so called reports, even just now, when I just showed up to Belgra didn't even took him a minute to answer me back, so I have ask him to stop ignoring players (at least when they come at screen to him) to avoid this kind of situations.

And to Onex like Gelati said, next time add the name of the player you are reporting.
