The past few days my guild members have been attacked and some of them killed by the character Mage warrior as well as his friends. I've verified that these players are real lifes. runaway boy, Debuquis Ondeteibou, as well as Mago Da Pedra Azul. Debuquis was banned for repeated offenses against Liquicity for not heeding the GM's warning. He is now, I believe, attempting to do the same thing with his alternate characters to my and Erk warrior's guild Treasure Hunters. I've tried to ask him about it, but i've recieved nothing that coincides with what my guildies are screaming in my ear in vent. We are neutral and have remained so. Why are we being targeted? Both party's involved agreed to leave us alone.

They can't say treasure/Liquicity are in war now and start kill.
Killing in a pvp server is completely different of Power Abuse..

Indeed it is not illegal to player kill on a pvp server. But this player is continually doing something that he has already been warned for, and banned for on one of his characters.

If a GM could contact me in game it would be appreciated so I could talk more about the situation.

When you have a guild that has is almost as big as the max number of online players, u really cant help having ppl from u guild being random pk'd like if it was the same players being targeted then yeah sure mayb its power abuse but i mean when u have more then half the online list as players in your guidl and ppl want to random pk then the odds arnt that great unfortunatly =[

i agree with you that having a huge guild will definitely increase the possibility that the target will be in our guild and i dont expect a huge guild to get some kind of exception to the pvp part of the server and i agree that people on a pvp server should be able to pk, its pvp. but when someone power abuses in the past and being banned for it and then continues to do it is a different story, if it was a random pk which had nothing to do with motive or specifically targeting me out then why did he need to make up a story that i attacked hes noob character and that its hes revenge on me. i didn't attack or kill any of his characters or do anything to provoke it yet he needs to make up a motive to cover up his power abusing.
