right now, Thron a neutral player is hunting with kings guard, who is our enemy.

Hope a GM answer it and start investigation to chosen ones last kills.

He is just hunting with your enemy, that does not make him your enemy unless of course he starts aiding his friend in battles. So no, you may not hunt him. You can't base your reason on an assumption.

So why chosen ones didnt get punishment?

once, Thron got killed and GMs didnt act like it was a single kill, randoming... it leads to Kurtius banned -.-
what about acting the same way? its the same situation
