logged out yesterday training on my dummy in my house (crystal quarter 9 in bersund). Logged in today and lost my house? still have 7days premium and plenty money for it. Training dummy and dolls in house got wipe, can't find them anywhere.

thats happened to quite a few players the past few months some bug, clearly a huge bug that needs to be fixed. One guy was waiting weeks for his stuff back and not sure if he ever got it.

So make sure you message them in the main zezenia discord, you can even search for the gm in there and private message him.

Also u can always email them they are okay about answering the emails, but i reccomend for fastest results to get in contact with them at discord. Search for Lupus Aurelius his name will be red in the general chat i think all staffs names are red. He is the most likely one to answer and keep you updated. Sorry u going thru this bro it fkn sucks i know it must but its extremely rare bug only seen it happen to 2-3 people since the seasonal server ended.

Happened to me in the exact same house on Elysium few days after seasonal.
Crystal quarters 9.

Won the house when character came over (Goat head). Had the house for like 2 days and i lost the house with all the (few) items i had there.

Took a while for them to sort it out but it was alot with seasonal & event shortly after so that wasnt a big issue for me. I got my items back and compensated for the delay.
So dont worry, im sure you will get the items back even if it takes a bit of time.


As the previous reply said. Make an Report ticket on the official discord.
Also make a list of the items you lost & if you have, a screenshot of them to send in the report. If you want, you can mention that it was this exact house i lost my things aswell.

I know at least 4-5 people + me that had this same issue on Elysium. Never happened on pharos as far as i know.

If this happened to me in Pharos, at my Stronghold in Bersund i would be in deep shit for sure
