I have a few question regarding pearl oysters, seeing as I have to get 400 small pearls of different colors for the Mysteries of Tarmell questline maybe someone can answer my questions I have because wiki don't give me much info.

They are only acquired through fishing if i understand it right, yes?
Will the chance of a pearl oyster increase if my fishing is higher?
Are there waters in-game that have a higher % chance of fishing up a pearl oyster?

Because this quest is gonna take forever seeing as i get like 1-2 pearl oysters in 1 hour. xD

Hi,

There are no special places to get the pearl oysters. Any water will do.
Just use the best fishing equipment available for your fishing level and eventually you'll get there. You can also try buying them off the market.
