Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is coming to Zezenia Online! Starting today you'll be able to lock down your account using an authenticator app. Enabling MFA will require both a password and an authentication code to sign in. Zezenia is compatible with industry standard apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy and more.
Visit the Account Settings to manage Multi-factor Authentication. Enrolling accounts is highly recommended for the highest level of security. One or more authenticators can be enrolled to each account.
Every enrolled account has ten unique Backup Codes. Should you lose access to the authenticator app, each backup code can be used to log in and confirm actions once. Keep your backup codes written down in a safe place or you may lose access to your account!
To prevent social engineering attacks the staff can not perform any account recovery for users with Multi-factor Authentication enabled. It is the account owner's personal responsibility to take care of their authenticators.
Stage One: this is the first phase of the MFA rollout. Logins and sensitive actions on the web site and services are now protected by a second factor. To finish the update MFA is coming to the game client & server at a later date.
