We have updated Zezenia Online to version 5.6.0 today! We have implemented some features players have longed for, plus added a bunch of new content, including new monsters, areas, items and achievements. Like always, please refer to the end of this post for a full list of changes.

To play you must first update your client. If the automatic ingame patcher does not work you can redownload the game client from the website's Download section.

Quoting Changelog 5.6.0:
- Added expansion area to Aranagua, Kpunda, with 8 new monsters to kill. Shoutout to Horroroller for most of these new great maps!
- Added a new boss monster, reachable after solving a questline.
- Added 5 new houses available for renting in Ellaria.
- Added shortcut to Crystal Dragons spawn in Norrlun.
- Added expansion to lowest floor of the Elven camp (more Dark and Shadow Elves).
- Added small battle arena outside of the Ellaria depot.
- Added double spawns for bosses Galiantors (near Norrlun Mammoth mountains), Villumb (near expanded Yeti area), Keogruteras (Cratai) and Jovsrettok.
- Added swamp extension to Dire Boar spawn, and extensions to Colossal Golem spawns outside Ellaria.
- Turned Culthan Ruins into a more ruins-like environment.
- Moved Hrekkand to Orknie caves outside Ellaria, slightly stronger and with new loot.

- Added more than a dozen new achievements. Some of them are hidden, but tips may be found throughout the Zezenian world for a part of them.
- Added Achievement Points to the website's Highscores section.
- Enraged monsters are now displayed with a glow around them instead of a red name. We also added a tooltip for when you see your first enraged monster, so that newbies don't have to ask this over and over again. Furthermore, creatures that yield less than 20 experience will never be enraged from now on.
- Creature names and health bars are now colored based on health, turning more and more red as they approach 0 health. New icons have been added to denote states previously marked via name coloring (blue plus-sign for party members, black skull for murderer state, orange skull for war enemy, exclamation mark for NPCs).

- Brewable potions are changed so that size only effects duration (5-25 minutes, with exception of haste potions at 2-10 minutes). Changes to potion ingredients will be considered later.
- The efficiencies of brewable potions are: light (+5sqm), gathering speed (+15%), defense (+15 defending), life steal (15% life steal), expertise (+15% crit chance), magic defense (+10% magic defense), haste (+100 levels speed), luck potion (+50% drop chance).
- Made experience reward for collect tasks possible on Everath.
- Changed Everath experience stages to: 1-49 10x, 50-74 9x, 75-99 8x, 100-124 7x, 125-149 6x, 150-169 5x, 170-189 4x, 190-209 3x, 210-299 2x, 300+ 1x.

- Increased experience of horned dragon and evil eye and decreased experience of dire boar and melket bombadier.
- Decreased health of evil eye, hellish magus, hellish archangel, dark knight, demonic ent, colossal golem and colossal ice golem.
- Extended level range for medium and hard tasks for stronger monsters.
- Added demonic shield and silver gauntlets to NPC buy-in list.
- Made small layout changes in Brewing dialog.
- Adjusted Quest log to show in non-reverse order, and NPC dialogue is highlighted.
- Adjusted berry count and reward of last step of Natálias Missions.
- Fixed bug with invisibility ended by haste and not showing the creature to others.
- Fixed "push bot problem" with 1 second exhaust on pushing creatures.
