this npc is a important part of the game and the game's history !!

plus if you remove collin from game the p cards sells will go down ... one of the main reason why ppl buy p cards is to sell them and have money in case they take redname ..!!!

I agree, lately many of the players has 2 ~ 5kk pcards with selling, and do not care to spend frag in level 7 with level 90.
