Just wondered who was the player and he has started to offend me and my family without a reason.

Insulting is not being tolerated, however, as screenshots and videos can be easily faked, they are no valid evidence. As the reported person wrote this in a private conversation, I suggest using the ignore feature of the client to get rid of his messages. Furthermore, we will investigate whether the person insulted more people and take action if this turns out to be the case.
