It's on our todo list already, although without precise date. Explaining is not really a problem, if you have a contract with Matthew (although it would not be him, but the Nyrathian Empire owning the house, he is just the representative responsible for getting them rented), this contract lasts until forever. So if somebody wants the house either way, he has to bid something to the current contract holder to make sure he allows it and passes on the ownership.
