Many other games have an option to expand the hotkeys bar, dont think it would be hard to do something like...
Main Bar: F1 F2 F3 F4 F5... Secondary Bar (opitional) Shift + F1, Shift + F2, Shift + F3... ... |

They could make WASD walking and you can bind anykey to any spell, and to talk you just press Enter or something haha
