Unfortunately due to some unforeseen issues (a server crash problem), we had to rollback the servers back to the state of 7 AM GMT today (when the automatic server restart happened). We understand that this might impact some players negatively due to lost progression, but it's really the best way to ensure there are no duplicated or lost items.

Hey.
So I tried to transfer eq from old account to new one. I dropped backpack on the ground then picked it up with a fresh one. Now after restarts and rollbacks I dont have this backpack on neither of characters :(. Any way to get it back? |

in mexico are 4:40 am and i was finish mi tasks with Golden wine and i was loted a Golden bracers and arbalest are the most important but what happend with that and mi lvl i was 134, and finally mi task was complete...

Why server crashes, server saves or other actions which leads characters to logout/login duplicates items. It never happened to me, but I want to understand why it happens and why its not fixed over so many years.
(there was a reset 5 years ago or so due to clones) |

By the way, people seem to loot so much during 30minutes between server save and restart (the amount of time it was roll backed). If you ask me, these items should not be given away, because I suppose there is no way to check if they actually looted it.
P.s. I looted bluestone sabatons on that time :/. So annoying half a level and 30k worth boots :/. I am very sad. P.s.s. if someone gets the items they (looted ir just saying that they looted inside rollbacked time), please tell me so I can start to demand my losses. |
