Quoting Pig Spider: You guys just hating this idea cuz none of you are barbarian. +1 for this. Well, obviously barbarians would like getting melee faster but let's face the facts it's not a good idea. |

And why wouldn't paladins like to get defending faster? But yeah maybe its not a good idea, guess i'll have to wait for next update when barbs get awesome :) |

Is it really harder to gain defending than melee? I mean you can make like 3 people attack you and it would raise faster, right? |

Quoting Pig Spider: Is it really harder to gain defending than melee? I mean you can make like 3 people attack you and it would raise faster, right? Not at all. Gaining defending is all about if you are getting attacked while making blood hits on your target as far as I know. |

Quoting Johannes: It's already harder to gain defending than gaining melee. This would make it so that paladins have to train more than barbarians wouldn't it? Uhm, no this would make it so paladins would gain def faster... |

Quoting Snirfman: Yea, because people are already high level paladins and they would just bitch and complain, like people do. Barbarians are fighters, with low Defense. Paladins are supposed to be tanks. Why should a tank do as much dmg as a barbarian with a weapon? Why would a tank be as skilled with a weapon at doing dmg as a barbarian? Why would a barbarian be as skilled at defending as a paladin? Please your thread is about making high leveled people's life's easy by reducing their death cost and increasing the lower levels. Mine at least brings some reality into the situation, and at least makes sense. My thread is about increasing Death Penalty overall, I was just trowing away some ideas, because some high levels have complained that they loose a lot of experience already when dying so if the death penalty gets higher yeah low levels would loose probably something more acceptable when dying but high levels would be affected the most because they already loose a lot of experience, that is why I said, I don't really think how it would make it more easy for high levels since they still would be loosing a lot of experience. And what makes you think that it makes sense your idea? Would make a lot more of sense that the strongest weapons were for barbarian only and the strongest or special shields (with effects) for paladins, but making it about the skills it is a terrible idea, a new formula would be need it. |

Quoting Magnifique: Sounds quite intresting. So basicly you want warriors to even hit better on you and that you can't hit them at all? Maybe you should start thinking about ur char aswell, cuz that wouldn't be funny for rangers ;) Disagree to this! |

Well, ofcourse that would need some balance, but I just said that the idea about making a more noticable difference between barbarian and paladin is a good idea. I don't hit anything to warriors now anyways so I dont care ;) |
